The Boob Print
The Boob Print
These limited-edition, boob-inspired risograph prints were designed and drawn by the Illustrated Lab in 2018 for Boobzapalooza, a month-long celebration of all things chebs in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Only 50 of these prints have been made and they will only be online during October.
Choose from either Surface and Mammary Anatomy (featuring an anatomically correct, full boob, and it’s corresponding internal anatomy) Double Mammary Anatomy (the double ‘flower’ design is what you are really staring at when you stare at tits, if there wasn’t skin in the way) or go wild and treat yourself to a Double Whammy - that’s four boobs on two prints.
40% of your purchase will go directly to Breast Cancer Now to help fund breast cancer research.
The print is taken from an original pencil illustration by Jennifer Colquhoun, and is a limited edition run of 50. Your print will be numbered and signed on the reverse.
A4 (210mm x 297mm)
Printed on sugar paper
Print comes unframed and unmounted (so you can choose how you would like to display it!), and will be safely wrapped flat with a strong cardboard backing.
The print should fit most frames designed for A4 paper.
Made entirely in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Riso printing is a fast, eco-friendly print process developed in Japan. The print process is similar to screenprinting – with each colour printed as a separate layer. This gives you an individual print each time, so please be aware that there may be some texturing (particularly on the large areas of pink) and that this is a feature of the process.
This product was designed and made by Jennifer Colquhoun, the scientific illustrator behind the Illustrated Lab. All items in the Boobzapalooza range come with free shipping.
Please note that the Boob Prints will be shipped on Fridays in October. Any orders made before 12pm on Fridays will be shipped that week - orders made after 12pm will be shipped the following Friday.
