I'm happy to accept returns or exchanges if the product is faulty. Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery to let me know what the problem is. Please note that I am only able to accept returns for faulty items - as a small business I cannot accept returns or refund an item if you change your mind.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
If you need to request a cancellation, this must be made before item has shipped.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
